3. No Verification of Reports

Fixora does NOT:

• • Verify the identity of reporters or contractors
• • Investigate the claims made in reports
• • Confirm the accuracy of any information submitted
• • Validate evidence or documentation
• • Make determinations of fraud, liability, or wrongdoing
• • Guarantee the completeness of information

Reports reflect the subjective personal experiences of users and should be treated as unverified allegations, not facts.

4. User Responsibilities

When submitting a report, you agree that:

• • Your report is based on your genuine personal experience
• • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• • You are solely responsible for the content you submit
• • You will not submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• • You will not use the Service for harassment, revenge, or competitive sabotage

When searching or viewing reports, you agree that:

5. Contractor Rights

Contractors mentioned in reports have the right to:

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
